I am amazed at how long it is taking to open the Outpost. It has been completed for a while now. I also do not

know where the Outpost's final resting place will be. It seems like there is not much to guard against in the area

off the South Forest ThoomCare™ Hospital. Only time will tell. Puddleby is a strange and wonderous place,

where great magics constantly rearrange the island adding new locations and moving old. This is one thing

we didn't have to put up with in the Empire (not that I really want to go back, mind you). However, it does make

a thoom wonder...
